Return Request Period

• You must inform us and submit your return request within 3 days of receiving your order.
• Return requests made after 3 days will not be accepted.
• Once your request is received within the 3-day period, Mimisti will initiate the return process and our team will keep you informed about the next steps.
• The time required to complete the return and refund may vary depending on the return process and inspection of the item.

Return Eligibility

The item must be:

• Unused and unworn
• Unwashed
• Unaltered
• In its original condition
• Returned with all original tags and labels attached

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original tags and labels will not be eligible for return.

Refunds

If your return is approved:

• You will receive a refund for the actual amount paid for the product.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• If the item was purchased on sale or at a discounted price, the refund will be based on the actual amount paid.
• Return shipping charges for a change of mind, preference, or size-related return will be the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please inform us within 3 days of receiving your order. Once the issue is verified:

• Mimisti will arrange the return process.
• Return shipping charges will be covered by Mimisti.
• An appropriate refund or resolution will be provided.

Please share clear pictures or videos of the issue when submitting your request.

• Your Order ID
• Reason for the return
• Clear pictures/videos, if applicable

Once your request is received, our team will guide you through the process and keep you updated until your request is resolved.
